Dashboard for All Users

The new dashboard centralizes all open tasks — profile items, conversation actions, peer feedback requests, and more — so team members can stay on track and avoid missing key actions.

👉 All Team Members can view their Dashboard by navigating to My Dashboard.

Past Due Conversations Report

Admins have access to a Past Due Conversations Report that highlights all overdue conversations across your organization.

Quickly identify trends, track completion, and follow up with managers to keep conversations on schedule.

👉 Admins can view this report by navigating to Analytics → Past Due Conversations.

Custom Due Dates for Conversations

You now have more control over your conversation timelines. At the conversation template level, admins can set a custom due date (default is 30 days), ensuring alignment with your organization’s cadence throughout the year.

👉 Admins can update this by navigating to Admin → Conversation Settings → Select the appropriate Conversation Template → Due in Days.

Enhanced User Permissions

We introduced new permission options that allow users to view select admin-only areas without granting full admin access. This update supports better delegation, oversight, and collaboration across your HR and leadership teams.

👉 Admins can assign these permissions by navigating to Admin Manage Users → Edit User → Role.

Multiple Manager Assignments

Team members can now have a secondary manager assigned to their profile.
All assigned managers gain visibility into their profile insights, development goals, and coaching conversations — strengthening collaboration and cross-functional support.

👉 Admins can assign secondary managers by navigating to Admin Manage Users → Edit User → Secondary Managers.

👉 Managers can add them by navigating to their Direct Reports tab.

Customize Standard Tile Questions in Conversations

Standard tile questions in conversations—such as Professional Goals, Personal Goals, Top Responsibilities, KPIs, and Development Needs—can now include custom descriptions. This allows you to personalize the questions within a conversation while still automatically pulling in the user’s profile content.

👉 Admins can add custom descriptions by navigating to Admin → Conversation Settings → Select the appropriate Conversation Template → Edit next to the question you’d like to update.

Development Plans Integrated Into Conversations

Any open action items from a user’s Development Plan can now be pulled directly into a coaching conversation. This allows managers and team members to review progress, add comments, and stay aligned without navigating between tabs.

👉 Admins can add the Development Plan question to a conversation template by navigating to Admin → Conversation Settings → Select the appropriate Conversation Template → Activate the Development Plan question.

Conversation Template Preview Improvements

Admins can preview templates from multiple perspectives:

  • Manager view

  • Direct Report view

  • Peer view

👉 Admins can preview conversation templates by navigating to Admin → Conversation Settings → Select the appropriate Conversation Template → Select the preview in the top right corner.

Managers and direct reports can also preview the template questions before launching a conversation, improving clarity and preparedness.

Peer Feedback

Managers can now invite peer input during coaching conversations, giving them a broader, real-time view of a team member’s strengths, impact, and development needs.

👉 Admins can enable peer feedback by navigating to Admin → Conversation Settings → Select the appropriate Conversation Template → Toggle Peer Feedback on.
