Manage Users

Learn how to edit a user, deactivate a user, view profiles, uMap's, and Thrive conversations.

People are constantly changing – whether it’s taking on new roles at work (change in manager) or getting married (change in name). We get it. Updating your users’ information is easy.

STEP 1:

Log into your account (app.myumap.com) and click on the Admin tab – and then the Users tab. You will land on a page titled: Manage users.

The users are defaulted to list in alphabetical order by last name. You can easily view users who have logged into their uMap™ Profile by checking the 'Profile Updated' column, which shows the date of the last profile update.


STEP 2:

For those users who have not yet completed their uMap™ Profile, you can resend the invitation email in a couple different ways depending on your preference.

Reinvite user one at a time:

To reinvite a single user at a time you can click on Reinvite user (indicated by the envelope icon) on the same line as their name. The system will automatically generate another email from support@myumap.com with the link to complete their uMap™ Profile.

Reinvite all users at one time:

If you would like to reinvite all users that have not completed their uMap™ Profile you can click on Reinvite all users located on the top right-hand side. The system will automatically generate another email from support@myumap.com with the link to complete their uMap™ Profile.

Reinvite user from your personal email:

If you would like to email a user with the invitation link from your personal email account you can copy this link by clicking the link icon on the same line as their name.


STEP 3:

To edit a user’s account, click on the pencil icon at the end of each row to access the Edit user page. Input any changes and click Save updates.

VIEW PROFILES

To view a user's uMap™ Profile, click on the profile icon at the end of each row.

DOWNLOAD UMAP'S

To view/download a user's uMap™, click on the PDF icon at the end of each row.

VIEW THRIVE365™ CONVERSATIONS

To view a user's conversation, click on the 2 speech bubbles icon at the end of each row.

DEACTIVATE USERS

To disable a user's account, simply click on the pencil icon located at the end of each row to access the Edit User page. Then, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Deactivate User button.

Once deactivated, the user will be moved to the Inactive Users list. You can access this list by clicking the Show Search Filters button and searching for "Inactive" under the User Status filter. You have the flexibility to reactivate the user when needed.
