Do you know who the Influencers in your organization are? With the click of a button, you will have that information and more.
STEP 1:
Log into your account (app.myumap.com) and click on the Analytics tab – and then the Influencers tab.
The Influencers are listed in order of their ranking. By clicking on the Show details tab at the end of each row, a drop-down box will appear listing all the individuals who selected this Influencer on their profile. You can also view the Influencer’s profile by clicking on View profile.
STEP 2:
Leverage these analytics to recognize top performers within your organization, establish committees comprising of key influencers, and identify managers who are fostering influential team members.
Helpful Tip:
Managers can view the analytics for their direct reports..
