Supporting your team members' personal goals is an excellent approach to recognizing and valuing them beyond their work duties. These analytics will capture and present the objectives to reveal patterns, enabling you to utilize this information to guide your incentive program or establish affinity groups within the organization.
STEP 1:
Log into your account (app.myumap.com) and click on the Analytics tab – and then the Personal Goals tab.
The personal goals are listed in order of their ranking. By clicking on the Show details tab at the end of each row, a drop-down box will appear listing all the individuals who selected this personal goal on their profile and when they hope to complete it. It also provides any additional comments for further clarification.
STEP 2:
Leverage these analytics to discover means of supporting your team members' personal goals. For instance, if you observe that the Financial/Investment category is ranked highly, consider bringing in a financial planner.
