uMap™ Help Center:
Log into uMap™ and select Resources from the navigation panel. This will redirect you to our resources page that will guide you through the software.
Messenger App:
Log into uMap™ and select the Messenger feature located at the bottom right-hand corner of your uMap™ account. Select Send us a message and our support team will respond as soon as possible.

Home Space:
The Home Space simplifies the process of reaching out to support and swiftly searches for essential resources.
Messages Space:
The Messages Space provides a designated area for organizing conversations, including those that are incoming, outgoing, and those that involve tickets. All conversations can be accessed and managed from this space.
Help Space:
The Help Space enables you to easily locate helpful resources, instructional videos, and other relevant content. With the dedicated Help Space, you can conveniently access a comprehensive Help Center from any point within uMap™, making it easy to find the information you need.
Tasks Space:
The Tasks Space will give you access to customized checklists that provide a clear roadmap for achieving success within uMap™. The Tasks Space is only viewable if a checklist has been assigned to you.
