Your role as a manager is an essential part of your organization. You have a direct impact on your team members' well being. This information provides insights on your areas of strength and will allow you to see what areas you still need to work on.

STEP 1:
Log into your account (app.myumap.com) and click on the Analytics tab -- and then the Manager Effectiveness Insights tab.
If you do not have at least 5 team members who have taken the Post Conversation Survey, you will see this screen:
Once you have at least 5 team members who have submitted responses to the survey, you will see this screen:
STEP 2:
Notice the toggle above is selected to show Strengths.
The attributes are listed in order of their ranking based on the number of times they have been selected by your team members.
Toggle to the Opportunities tab. You'll see the same information; now showing the opportunities for growth.
Helpful Tips:
Look at your number one opportunity for growth and set aside some time for self-reflection. Are there ways you can work on this in your day-to-day interactions with your team members? Sometimes just being aware allows us to grow.
Consider mentioning this in your next conversation with your manager or adding it to your Development plan! There are many ways to practice and improve on a skill -- and it might be as simple as having a conversation to help you understand how.
