Encouraging professional growth is an excellent approach to developing your team members and fostering their professional development. These analytics enable you to view your team members' professional objectives, allowing you to assist them in achieving success.
STEP 1:
Log into your account (app.myumap.com) and click on the Analytics tab – and then the Professional Goals tab.
The Professional Goals are listed in order of their ranking. By clicking on the Show details tab at the end of each row, a drop-down box will appear listing all the individuals who selected this professional goal on their profle and when they hope to complete it. It also provides any additional comments for further clarification.
STEP 2:
Leverage these analytics to recognize those on your team who aspire to be leaders, managers, and catalysts for change, as well as those seeking fresh experiences to grow in their current position.
Helpful Tip:
Use the toggle function to switch between 1-year, 3-year or 5-year goals – or click All to see everything at a glance.
