Concerns Analytics

Discover how to utilize the Concerns Analytics to identify the main sources of stress affecting your team members.

Team members often experience stressors in both their personal and professional lives, and as an organization, it is crucial for us to monitor our team members' well-being.

STEP 1:

Log into your account (app.myumap.com) and click on the Analytics tab – and then the Concerns tab.

The concerns are listed in order of their ranking. By clicking on the Show Details tab, a dropdown box will appear listing all the individuals who selected this stressor when filling out their profle. It also provides any additional comments for further clarification.


STEP 2:

Leverage these analytics to determine your team members' primary concerns and explore ways in which you can provide support or offer resources to assist them.
