The Unmistakable Leader program re-imagines what a leader is and what a leader does in ways that go beyond basic training. Everything we do at Become Unmistakable is built on a foundational understanding of brain science so that we can lead in ways that align with what makes us and others tick. Where most leadership programs focus solely on tactics, we intentionally invest time in a leadership mindset paired with learning and leveraging a leadership skillset.
In The Unmistakable Leader program, we start with the basics of “brain-based leadership” to better understand what impacts relationships, trust, engagement, and performance to create raving fans of your organization and win the war for talent. We then apply intentional communication techniques to connect stakeholders to your vision, values, and ambitions. Through others-centric leadership competencies like empathy, collaboration, and coaching; we help leaders create higher levels of ownership and accountability that create a ripple effect throughout all levels of an organization.
You will experience a peer-based learning community facilitated by expert leaders and executives with real-world experience and relevant discussions to transform and sustain your leadership journey.

MODULE 1: RIGHT BRAIN JUSTIFIED (ONE-DAY SESSION)
This session walks participants through the basics of an amygdala hijack and emotional intelligence, the importance of understanding how people experience rewards and threats in the workplace, and how to expand the way we collaborate to solve problems through creativity.
MODULE 2: MY LEADERSHIP IMPACT (ONE-DAY SESSION)
Each leader will participate in personal leadership discovery activities to learn how to best leverage their strengths and create a development plan based on 360 feedback and individualized leadership growth areas.
MODULE 3: GIFTED MESSENGER (ONE-DAY SESSION)
We have found that the components of culture and values don’t always translate to individual ownership. We work with leaders to be better storytellers and vision casters so that the components of culture become part of each team member’s DNA.
MODULE 4: EMPLOYEE JOURNEY (ONE-DAY SESSION)
Research shows that an employee-centric approach to leadership leads to more engagement and higher performance. In this session we will challenge our assumptions about how we lead others and learn more about empathy, collaboration, and coaching.
MODULE 5: IGNITE THE MOVEMENT (ONE-DAY SESSION)
“What are you going to do about it?” is an integral part of any successful program. We equip leaders to take action and implement the core learning elements of what it means to be an Unmistakable Leader to make a lasting impact and create a leadership development culture in your organization.
