The Post Conversation Survey helps organizations develop managers at every level using employee-driven data. With a simple survey integrated into the coaching process, the organization can access insights about the quality of coaching conversations, the individual strengths of your managers, and opportunities for your managers to grow and develop.
Important Note: This feature must be enabled by the company administrator.
Here’s How It Works:
After each coaching conversation, team members will participate in a brief six-question survey, where they describe their experience and offer insight into manager strengths and opportunities for growth along with how supported their feel.
Question 1 - I understand what is required to be successful in my role.
Question 2 - My manager understands my needs and challenges.
Question 3 - My manager provides constructive feedback to improve my performance and development.
Question 4 - In your opinion, what are your manager's greatest strengths? (choose up to 2)
Question 5 - In your opinion, what is one opportunity for growth for your manager?
Question 6 - How supported do you feel as a team member?
