Complete Manager Survey

The Manager Survey is designed to gather valuable information from managers throughout the year. This survey helps the organization understand and support its managers, creating a more successful management team.

Important Note: This feature must be enabled by the company administrator.


Here’s How It Works:

Step 1: Frequency of the Survey

Managers will be required to complete the Manager Survey periodically throughout the year. The survey schedule will be set by the organization, and managers will receive an email notification when it is time to complete the survey.


Step 2: Accessing the Survey

You will receive an email notification from the uMap™ platform when it's time to complete the Manager Survey.

Log into your account (app.myumap.com) and click on the Direct Reports tab – and under Manager Survey select the Complete Survey button.


Step 3: Completing the Survey

Answer the following three questions to the best of your ability:

  • Question 1 - As a manager, to what degree are you aware of the professional goals and development needs of your team members?

  • Question 2 - As a manager, to what degree are you aware of the personal interests and values of your team members?

  • Question 3 - How supported do you feel as a manager?


By regularly completing this survey, you provide valuable feedback that enables the organization to identify areas of improvement and ensure managers feel supported, ultimately leading to a more effective management team.
