The dashboard helps you measure culture at every level of your business. Easily manage your performance process, track manager effectiveness, and measure ROI and engagement all in one place.
Here's How It Works:
Log into your account (app.myumap.com) and click on the Analytics tab – and then the Dashboard tab.
Engagement Insights
The dials located under Engagement Insights will display how uMap™ is utilized, including the status of completion, who they have shared it with, and how often they interact with it. You can simply click on each dial to get a quick overview of its corresponding details.
Performance Insights
The dials located under Performance Insights will indicate the current stage the performance process and also when performance discussions have been finalized. You can simply click on each dial to get a quick overview of its corresponding details.
Manager Effectiveness
Under the Manager Effectiveness section you will see the dials showing the responses from the Onboarding Survey (if applicable) and Manager Effectiveness (Post Conversation) Survey's. Those responses populate into the uMap™ system, where macro and micro development insights can be easily viewed. To explore the responses, simply select the sections around the dials. This is only viewable to Administrators on your account.

Manager Confidence
Under the Manager Confidence section you will see the dials showing the responses from the Manager Confidence Survey's. Those responses populate into the uMap™ system, where macro and micro development insights can be easily viewed. To explore the responses, simply select the sections around the dials. This is only viewable to Administrators on your account.

Helpful Tip:
As system administrator, you have the capability to review your organization's analytics or refine your search by manager or team. To accomplish this, click on the dropdown menu at the top of the page and make your preferred selection. The analytics will update based on your chosen filter.
