2024 New Features

New Look in My Profile

We’ve reorganized a few things to make your experience smoother and more intuitive.

Here's what's new:

  • My Profile now includes additional tabs to help you navigate with ease.

  • Thrive365 Page Has Moved: It’s now located under a tab called Conversations in your profile. Use this tab to launch and complete conversations with your manager.

  • New Direct Reports Tab for Managers: If you're a manager, you’ll find a new tab in your profile called Direct Reports. This is where you can view your team members' profiles and manage conversations with them seamlessly.

Development Plans

The new Development Plan feature allows team members to effortlessly create action plans, set target dates, and define success criteria—all directly from their profile page.

During coaching conversations, managers and team members can collaborate to build development plans aligned with professional goals. These plans are now easily accessible and can be documented in the Development Plan tab, making it simple to track progress over time.

This enhancement is designed to streamline growth-focused discussions and provide a structured path for ongoing development.

Manager Confidence Survey's

Gauge manager confidence with periodic surveys conducted throughout the year. These surveys are sent to managers in your organization to gather valuable insights into the awareness of their team members both professionally and personally, as well as to understand how supported managers feel.

Important Note: This feature must be enabled by the company administrator.

Manager Effectiveness Survey's

We've renamed and updated our Manager Insights Survey to the Manager Effectiveness Survey, which team members complete following a coaching conversation.

This post-conversation survey helps organizations develop managers at every level using employee-driven data. With an easy-to-use, anonymous survey integrated into the coaching process, organizations gain valuable insights into the quality of coaching conversations, identify managers' strengths and areas for growth, and understand how supported team members feel.

Important Note: This feature must be enabled by the company administrator.

uMap™ Mobile App - DOWNLOAD HERE!

This new mobile app has been crafted to allow you to effortlessly update your uMap™ profile, engage in Thrive conversations, and browse other team members' profiles conveniently while on the move. Get started by searching uMap™ in your app store and download.


Conversations Report

Have you seen the new report under the Analytics tab? The Conversations Report lets you download all your team member's conversations and filter them as needed.

As an admin, you can sort this report by organization, teams, and manager teams, similar to the other reports.


Filter Conversations

We've added a filter to the Conversations section. This will help you sort through and find the conversations you're looking for quickly and easily.

By default, this filter is set to view all conversations.


Automate Conversations (Admin only)

As an admin, you can schedule coaching conversations, which will automatically prompt the system to send team members their self-reflection to start their conversation with their manager. This will reduce the managers' workload and give you peace of mind, knowing that conversations are being initiated on schedule.

Add Licenses (Admin only)

As an admin, you now have the ability to add additional licenses to your account at any time with the new Add Licenses feature. These licenses will be ready for immediate use. Upon adding new licenses, you will receive an invoice with the prorated amount owed for the remainder of your subscription year.

Edit Profile

All users have the flexibility to edit their profile at any time. This feature makes it easy to update each tile individually, saving you time and effort.

My Profile

The My Profile tab in uMap™ allows a seamless user experience, a clean interface and a highly customizable experience for organizations.

The My uMap™ tab in the navigation tab has been replaced with My Profile. To access the old version of uMap™, click on My Profile and then Export uMap™ in the upper right corner. A PDF version will be available.
